Physician, author, natural historian, and collector, Thomas Browne (1605–82) was an extraordinary figure. Through his curious approach to the world, he contributed to an intellectual community that forged a revolution in scientific thought.
‘A Treasure of Knowledge’ was displayed at Winchester College Treasury between June and December 2020.
