Description.  Unlike the earlier aerial views, this is a modern plan map, with north at the top and south at the bottom.  The Ashmolean Museum (built 1678–1683) and the 'Priinting House' (i.e. the Clarendon Building, built 1711-15) and Radclilffe Square cleared of housing to creat space for the 'Radcliffe Library' (built 1737–1749)
